Noel was born in Sydney and is a descendant of the Yuin people South Coast, NSW and has been working with Aboriginal communities for the past 18 years in Western NSW and Mid North Coast NSW. He worked for the NSW Aboriginal Land Council as a Project Officer assigned to the Kempsey Local Aboriginal Land Council and as a Chief Executive Officer with Ngurralla Aboriginal Corporation (CDEP) at Macksville.
Noel has been a Senior Inspector with the NSW Work Cover Authority and the NSW Department of Industrial Relations. Noel’s qualifications include Diploma of Public Administration (Industrial Relations), Certificate IV Workplace Health and Safety, Certificate IV Business and Certificate IV Training & Assessment.
Noel has a strong commitment to improving the quality of life and social capacity of Aboriginal communities.

Tracey grew up in Armidale NSW, and has family from both Kempsey and Armidale. Tracey currently resides in the Northern Rivers area.
Tracey has been working in the Aboriginal community sector in the Northern Rivers for the past 12 years. Tracey’s current role is an Aboriginal Links worker in the Tweed, Ballina and Byron Bay areas.
Tracey has worked in the family support sector and is a qualified community support worker specialising in domestic violence, sexual assault, neglect and trauma support.
Tracey’s passion is her children and culture. She is committed to her family and loves helping people in need and sharing her experience to improve the lives of others. Tracey has 4 beautiful children including a child with a disability.

Lisa is a Gumbaynggirr woman and mother of three from the Clarence Valley in Northern NSW. Lisa has strong connections with her Bundjalung and Yaegl neighbours, and enjoys working alongside her people in her role as Linker.
Lisa was employed as an Aboriginal Heritage Conservation Officer with the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service and Office of Environment & Heritage for over 20 years and has a diverse background in Cultural and land Management. Lisa has qualifications in education, governance and management, and experience working with Aboriginal communities to navigate Government and advocate change.
Lisa continues to practice and revive cultural skills with her children and family. She conducts cultural workshops in the community to share knowledge and raise awareness about the value of Country and how it can heal us all.

Rose is a YUIN nation women from Bega NSW and has lived in Queanbeyan for over 30 years. She has 3 children. Rose is expecting her first grand-daughter.
Rose has been an Ability Links worker since November 2014 and has always enjoyed working with the community. Prior to becoming an Ability Links worker, she worked at a local Youth Refuge supporting young people experiencing homelessness. Rose is a qualified community worker and enjoys helping others. Her current role is her ideal job!
Rose has completed the Diploma of Community Services and is currently studying part-time to gain a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management.
