Adam was born and raised in Sydney and is a descendant of the Wiradjuri people from Parkes NSW. He has been working with Aboriginal communities for the past 17 years in Sydney’s north and on the NSW Central Coast, in varying roles that have all been focused on community development and capacity building. Adam’s role with NSW Aboriginal Transport covers the greater Sydney region. Adam is the RATPO for the Sydney Metropolitan Region.
Adam’s qualifications include a Masters of Management, Diploma of Community Welfare Work, Cert IV Training and Assessment, Cert. IV in Frontline Management. Adam has also spent time as an Academic at the University of Technology Sydney delivering subjects including Advocacy for Social Change, Community Management Projects, Strategic Development and Career and Portfolio Development.

Donna is a proud Kamilaroi woman originally from the New South Wales/Queensland border who now resides in the Bathurst area with her family.
Donna is the Central West, North West & Western Regions RATPO in NSW. Donna has experience across multiple sectors including education, health and the community services. Her qualifications consist of Diploma in Aboriginal Studies, Cert. IV Workplace Assessment and Training and Cert 111 in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care.
Donna’s passion is culture and creating pathways for equality and self determination within community knowing that it will also benefit her own family in the future.

Jackie is the RATPO for the NSW South West and Far West Regions.
Jackie was born in South Australia and is a Yandruwandha/Yawarrawarrka woman. Jackie has a 20year public service background that derived from ASTIC in Western Australia to the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet. Prior to joining the Commonwealth Government, Jackie worked as a nurse in Aboriginal Aged Care and Senior Education as a high risk student manager.
Jackie has worked in Western Australia, New South Wales, Australian Capital City and Northern Territory which involved governance, grants management, policy development and implementation and community engagement in remote, regional and urban areas.

Kathryn is a descendant of the Yuin Nation of the NSW South Coast. For the past 24 years, Kathryn has worked in an Aboriginal Community Organisation managing programs that provided services to elderly Aboriginal people of the NSW Central Coast region.
Kathryn is the RATPO for the Hunter, Central Coast and New England Regions in NSW.
Kathryn has extensive knowledge and experience of the not-for-profit sector developing and delivering solutions to long term community issues. Kathryn has a Cert.1 and Cert.2 in Case Management and also completed the Indigenous Women’s Leadership program.
Kathryn is very passionate about providing support to the Elders of our communities and particularly assisting those with a disability to have a voice in services being planned and delivered to them..

David was born and raised in Sydney and Canberra and is a descendant of the Ngarrindjeri people of South Australia. David has worked in Aboriginal Affairs at the Commonwealth, State and Community level for over 30 years. David specialises in project management and implementation, communication and community engagement and brings a wealth of experience to the South Coast, Monaro and the ACT Regions as the RATPO.
David has a Diploma of Management and Quality Auditing as well as Cert. IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.
“I am passionate about Aboriginal social justice and self determination and believe that providing realistic and culturally responsible transport options to Aboriginal people and communities will greatly enhance social participation and improve outcomes across health and education for Aboriginal people”.
